breathtaking views

attentive staff

wonderful stay but minor communication issues

The views from the Double Room Sea View were breathtaking, especially during sunset. The pool area was always clean and inviting, with plenty of comfortable loungers to relax. The staff were genuinely attentive, remembering our families' names and preferences throughout our stay. the lush garden view surrounding the property added a serene backdrop to our vacation.

the staff were super friendly and really made us feel welcome. the pool was amazing and refreshing, perfect for hot days. we loved the entertainment team, they were always around and made things fun. the gardens and grounds were well kept and gorgeous. the hotel is peaceful and located near a lovely bay.

we had a few issues with the air conditioning not working properly at first, and the food options were kinda repetitive and not the best quality.

Exceptional staff and fantastic food!

We just returned from a wonderful week at a stunning hotel with gorgeous beach access, great views, and fantastic food options—each meal was a delight with a variety of local dishes and plenty to choose from. The staff here really made our holiday special. they were warm, engaged with our children, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. One downside was the room size. ours had limited balcony space which made evening relaxation a bit cramped.
